Study the Correlation of ESD Gun

摘要：

　　In this paper, two different ESD guns (ESS-200AX and ESD 3000) are introduced and the immunity performance of the two ESD guns on the ESD testing is made.The different correlation results shown that the difference between two ESD guns will yield inconsistent though they both comply with IEC61000-4-2 ESD standard.To compare the ESD gun”s performance, we mainly use the same ESD gun to test one series IC chips.
