Research on Fluxless CAB Brazing of Aluminum Oil Cooler
CAB brazing of aluminum oil cooler without flux was investigated.The studied results showed that with conventional parts stamping,assembling,clamping,and with conventional furnace atmosphere,fluxless CAB brazing of oil cooler is feasible.After brazing,the surface of the products is covered with colorful oxide,but the qualities of the brazing seams are excellent,without shrinkage cavities or other defects.And the fillets of the edge of the brazing seams are very high.There is no erosion and Si diffusion in the core of the plates and fins.
