Porcess Optimization Research on Pulsating Hydroforming of Aluminium Alloy Front Impact Bar at Warm Temperature

  The formability of aluminium alloy impact bar by pulsating hydroforming process of was examined at different warm temperature.The results suggested that the formability of aluminium impact bar was largely improved by the optimized loading curves of internal pressure in the pulsating dydroforming using finite element simulation.The dynamic recrystallization appeared with increasing the train in process of the hydroforming,and which affects the slopes of several load curves of internal pressure until the first peak appeared.
