A Study between Proving Ground Corrosion and Cabinet Corrosion Results
Cabinet corrosion tests are widely practiced by automotive industry to identify defects and to establish confidence in advance of further field tests.However,there are few data relating to different cabinet corrosion conditions to field test performance.The need to identify key factors contributing to corrosion induced in a cabinet and relating field corrosion phenomenon back to thecabinet result has become vitally important.In this paper,we will address and discuss the above mentioned issue.
