Adding Additional Dimension To LC/MS Analysis For Therapeutic Protein Characterization

Therapeutic proteins are rapidly growing biological products.Multiple critical quality attributes need to be measured and continually monitored to ensure final product quality.The biologics are complex in nature and present challenges to analytical measurements.Adding an additional dimension such as AssayMAP Bravo, 2D-LC and ion mobility, provide an effective way to go deeper.In this presentation, we will demonstrate the power of additional dimension for LC/MS analysis from routine product characterization to more complicated analysis such as host cell protein analysis and native protein structure characterization.
