Effect of CuO tissue fibrosis on electrical contact properties of AgCuO electrical contact materials

  The AgCuO electrical contact material was prepared by reaction synthesis method and heat treatment technology.The deformation behavior of CuO particles and its effect on the properties of AgCuO electrical contact under different deformation temperature were analyzed.Results show that when the rolling temperature reaches 780 ℃, the microstructure of CuO appears to extend the direction of the extension of the rolling direction.The welding power is low, anti welding performance is better when CuO tissue fibrosis was higher in AgCuO samples.The AgCuO samples with different degrees of CuO fibrosis had little difference in morphology after arc erosion, but the electrical contact materials showed the anode mass loss.
