Genome-wide analysis and functional prediction of long non-coding RNAs in mouse uterus during the implantation window
Successful implantation is dependent on the intricate genetic and molecular dialogue between the receptive uterus and active blastocyst.Establishment of the receptive uterus is a crucial step for embryo implantation. In this study, the expression profiles and characterization of long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) in uterine samples from pregnant mice on day 4 (D4U), day 5 at implantation sites (D5IU) and inter-implantation sites (D5NU) were conducted using Illumina HiSeqTM 2500 platform.
