Influence of laser scribing on magnetic domain and micro-topography of nick of grain-oriented silicon steel
The 0.30 mm grain-oriented silicon steel was scribed by laser equipment.The effect of parameters such as laser power, laser frequency, scanning speed and scribing spacing on the domain width were investigated.The micro-topography of nicks under different parameters were observed.The optimized parameters of laser scribing makes domain width reduce to 0.355 mm.The depth of nicks increases when the laser power increases and decreases when the scanning speed increases.The laser frequency has little effect on the depth of nicks.
