摘要：

　　In order to rationally address imprecise quantities represented by human language behaving neither like randomness nor like fuzziness, the uncertainty theory was founded by Liu in 2007 and subsequently studied by many researchers.Nowadays, as a branch of mathematics for dealing with human indeterminacy, uncertainty theory has been widely studied in the relevant theories and applications, e.g., uncertain logic, uncertain inference, uncertain risk analysis, uncertain reliability analysis, etc.
