Solving EMU Maintenance Personnel Resource Optimization Problem with Uncertainty Theory
EMU runs in complex and diverse weather conditions and geographical environments, and it has a large number of complicated subsystems, thus it is hard to predict EMU maintenance tasks.As an empirical or subjective estimation, EMU maintenance tasks can be regarded as an uncertain variable.This paper is concerning with EMU maintenance personnel resource optimization problem with uncertain maintenance tasks.Under the framework of uncertainty theory, the optimal EMU maintenance personnel resource policy for uncertain maintenance tasks problem is derived.
