Acetylcholinesterase biosensor based on specific directional binding with active ligand
A novel AChE biosensor based on immobilizing acetylcholinesterase on an active ligand modified electrode was developed.Using glassy carbon electrode (GCE) as working electrode, Acetylcholinesterase was successfully immobilized on the electrode by the specific directional binding with the active ligand. The biosensor enjoyed good sensitivity to the substrate acetylthiocholine chloride. It was found that linear relationship between the oxidative peak current and the concentration of acetylthiocholine chloride was found in the range of 1×10-6-3.75 ×10-5 mol · L-1.
