The Practice of No.4 Sintering Machine Putting into Production in Baosteel
In order to meet the blast furnace”s need of the sinter and protect the environment in shanghai,Baosteel newly built the No.4 sintering machine that had an area of 600 square meters.The new sintering machine follows the principle of “advanced technology,mature process,reasonable economy” in technological process and equipment selection.It”s built and put into operation that will ease the bottle-neck problem of energy saving and environmental protection in sintering process,but also make the material structure of blast furnace tend to be reasonable.After the No.4 sintering machine put into production the original sintering machine will be gradually eliminated.No.4 sintering machine in Baosteel adopted advanced,mature,stable and reliable technological process.The equipment and automatic control of sintering process have achieved domestic first-class level and international advanced level contrast to the similar type.In the aspect of energy-saving,it integrated with the mainstream and independent R&D equipment technology which can meet the “iron and steel industry clean production standards(sintering)” requirements.In the aspect of environmental protection,the use of efficient 4 electric field of electric dust catcher in the head of sintering machine and the the bag pulse dust collector in tail which can meet the stringent environmental protection requirements about dust discharge.In the aspect of flue gas treatment,using semi-dry desulfurization process which operated and maintained more economically and also set aside the denitration interface.In the aspect of raw material adaptability,the uses of three section of mixer include a strong mixing machine which greatly enhanced the adaptability of raw materials.The No.4 sintering machine will improve the competitiveness of Baosteel sintering unit and achieve the target of cleaner,low consumption,low cost and high efficiency iron making.
