Recycling Use of Steel Dust Containing High Content of Potassium and Sodium
As the production of crude steel,Iron and steel industry in China generates several million tons of fine dusts with a great deal of valuable metals such as,K,Na,Zn,Pb,which present major environmental problems.This paper is focused to analyze Zn/Pb removal and K/Na recovering from the metallurgical dust with high K/Na content.The physicochemical property,elements distribution characteristic of the typical metallurgical dusts are discussed.Consequently,the technical principles and methods for classification recycling and comprehensive utilization of metallurgical dust will be proposed,which will provide technical support for the industrial production.And then the industrial practice of metallurgical dust utilization and technique integration for KCl production are reviewed.
