Advanced in Situ (S)TEM Studies for Metallic Materials
The development of metallic materials fabrication and processing technology will face great challenges, such as energy saving or environment protection. To facilitate the R&D efficiency, materials computation and design has become an important technology of enhancing the controllability of the processing and the predictability of the properties. On the other hand,in situ transmission electron microscopy provides another high efficient solution for experimentally characterizing structure-property relations and processing-structure links at atomic-scale.
