汶川地震和芦山地震空区断裂活动的新证据及其构造意义
Based on image interpretation,trench excavation and detailed geomorphological and geological mapping,the activity of the Shuangshi-Dachuan Fault and the Dayi Fault is preliminary investigated.The QingshipingTrench limits the most recent paleo-earthquake along the Shuangshi-Dachuan Fault into 930±40yr and860±40yr B.P.And the Anziping paleolandslide relic also reveals the most recent activity ofShuangshi-Dachuan Fault.The activity of Dayi Fault is much weaker and performs as geomorphology gentlepressure ridges and folding deformation, but not ruptures surface. According to the research of Long(2015)which concluded the unknown basal blind thrust fault was the seismogenic fault of Lushan Earthquake on thebase of accurate relocation of shock sequence distribution and also revealed an obvious upper uneven interfaceat the depth of 6-lOkm, which is explained as detachment surface between deposit cover and crvstallinebasement, we consider Longmenshan Fault Zone, at least south segment, may be equipped with multi-layerseismogenic structure and the Triassic evaporite layer, believed to be detachment fault previously, is theinterface between these upper and lower seismogenic layers. We should pay more attention on the seismic riskof gap area ofWenchuan Earthquake and Lushan Earthquake, especially on Shuangshi-Dachuan Fault.
