Montanide ISA 71 VG:A novel adjuvant to stimulate cellular immunity for better protection response in poultry vaccines

摘要：

Water-in-mineral oil adjuvants induce a strong long-term humoral immune response and arewidely used in poultry vaccines.New adjuvants that also increase the cellular immune responsecould help to extend the vaccinal cross-protection against different viral strains or serotypes.Herewe demonstrate that the water-in-oil adjuvant Montanide(TM) ISA 71 VG (ISA 71) based on aspecific enriched light mineral oil which stimulates both humoral and cellular immune responsescan improve vaccine efficacy in poultry.
