Ginger powder in combination with organic acid or probiotic, maximizes the laying performances and egg quality of laying Japanese quails (coturnix coturnix japonica)
Introduction Ginger is one of rhizomes that paid an attention in last decade, as a medicinal plant feed additive in broilers as well as laying hens diets, in a single or different doses, with or without another organic additives and for different durations. The popularity The Japanese quails meat and eggs industry increases over the time in Egypt. Unfortunately, researches on the organic additives supplemented diets are little, as an alternative choice to avoid the Antibiotic usage with their subsequent biohazards on human health.
