Brain network variations of patients with Parkinson disease between before and after dopamine conditions
Dopaminergic drugs are effective to patients with Parkinson disease.Explanation of the brain network variation between before and after dopamine conditions helps us to explore the primary reason of the medicine effect.Function magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI)is used to measure the level of oxhemoglobin saturation which represents the activeness of neuron.We get 19 pairs of fMRI data of before and after Medopa of patients with Parkinson disease.By calculating the function connectivity of neurons in brain,we can find the network variations caused by dopamine.
