摘要：

1.Introduction During the twentieth century, planning and agriculture have been strangers to each other in developed countries.In developing countries, sustainable urban agriculture is a well-publicized phenomenon, which has been largely ignored so far in mainstream planning journals.As a result, all over the world, urban expansion is threatening peri-urban agriculture land even it clearly recognizes the importance of preserving agrarian system.
