Numerical Simulation for Convergent Air Curtain under undisturbed area condition
The formation of an ”invisible, transparent, insulated airtight cover” from the convergent air curtain between pollutants and operator control pollution equivalent to increase a sealed cover to prevent the outward diffusion of pollutants, which cut off heatpassed out at the Environmental Protection Labor protection and health protection is very beneficial,and also has great application value in life.In this paper, under static conditions, the air curtain in a different angle of incidence, the width of the initial wind speed, to use AutoCAD to set air curtain model, meshed it with Gambit, and solved it by Fluent soliware, then drawed a simulation model.On the other hand, to analyze the experimental results by the numerical analysis software Origin to draw the convergent effect of the air curtain under undisturb outward conditions with the incident angle, the relationship of the width of the air curtain.Getted the best range air curtain incident angle under undisturb conditions is from 68 to 74, and laid the theoretical and experimental basis for the actual applications of convergent air curtain.
