中国产宁夏枸杞的质量评价

Lycium barbarum L., known as wolfberry, is a well-known traditional Chinese medicine and tonic food.The fruit ofL.barbarum has been used for preventing and treating various diseases in East Asia for more than 2000 years.So far, only L.barbarum produced in Ningxia is officially recorded as the authentic ”Gouqizi” in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2010).Over the last decade, due to their various benefits such as strengthening the kidneys, nourishing the liver, moistening the lungs and improving eyesight, the demand for L.barbarum has increased dramatically in China and other Western Countries. Polysaccharides from fifty-one batches of L. barbarum collected in different regions of China were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed. The results showed that water soluble polysaccharides in L.barbarum collected from different locations of China were similar. Furthermore, the average amounts of total polysaccharide fractions (peak 1 to peak 3) in the raw material of L. barbarum collected from Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang, and Gansu were also similar with those of L. barbarum collected from Ningxia,respectively. However, the average amounts of total polysaccharide fractions in theraw material of L.barbarum collected from Qinghai were significantly lower than those of L. barbarum collected from Ningxia. This study is beneficial for the improvement of quality control of wolfberry.
