摘要：

1.Introduction Ischemic cerebrovascular disease is the common disease in aged people and a leading cause of death and disability in the world.However, the main treatment to restore the blood flow may cause new injury-ischemia/reperfusion injury.Mitochondria play a fundamental role in the regulation of programmed cell death, by which sequester apoptotic proteins such as cytochrome C (CytC), endonuclease G, and apoptosis inducing factor (AIF).
