Disclosure in publishing Chinese information

Published information provides us with the convenience of data analyses and knowledge acquisitions. However it also brings the publishers into the risk of disclosure. All the words, sentences, paragraphs can convey information. In view that the sentence is the basic unit of information conveyance as well as the language unit of complete meaning representation, we research on detecting disclosure in publishing Chinese information by sentential considerations. The synonym substitution, word-order transformation and derivation transformation of a Chinese sentence may keep the same meaning. The fact brings challenges to detect disclosure. In order to research this problem, five disclosure types are firstly detined: direct disclosure, synonym substitution disclosure, simple word-order transformation disclosure, complex word-order transformation disclosure, and derivation disclosure.Secondly, we discuss the detection problem of each disclosure type, and prove that: (1) the detection of direct disclosure is a decidable problem and P problem; (2) the detection of synonym substitution disclosure is an undecidable problem; (3) the detection of simple word-order transformation disclosure is an undecidable problem; (4) the detection of complex word-order transformation disclosure is an unrecognizable problem; (5) the detection of derivation disclosure is an unrecognizable problem. The above conclusions outline the pedigree of difficulty in detecting disclosure of publishing Chinese information.
