Melatonin can improve nuclear maturation of human oocytes without interfering with early embryonic development in vitro

摘要：

Purpose Melatonin (MT) mainly synthesized in the pineal gland of mammalian species could induce meiotic maturation of immature oocytes in vitro.Our previous study has proved low concentration of exogenous MT could ameliorate nuclear maturation of human oocyte during rescue in vitro maturation (IVM).
