孟鲁司特钠多剂量给药后对多索茶碱在大鼠体内药动学的影响
To study the effect of multiple doses of montelukast Sodium on the pharmacokinetics ofdoxophylline in rats.Thepharmacokineticinteractionofdoxophyllinewasstudiedin normal。Sprague-Dawley rats with and without montelukast Sodium coadministration.Bloodsamples were analyzed using avalidated high-performance liquid chromatographymethod to generate the pharmacokinetic profile of doxophylline.The Cmax were directlyreadfromtheconcentration-timedata.Otherpharmacokineticparameterswereestimated using non-compartmental analyses.The results indicate that montelukast Sodium coadministration increases the rate but not the extent of absorption of doxofylline in rats.And it seem to inhibit CYP1A2-mediated hepatic doxofylline metabolism.
