奥美拉唑对奥拉西坦健康人体内药动学的影响
Oxiracetam,a kind of nootropics with cyclic gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) structure,which can promote the synthesis of phosphorylcholine and phosphoryl-cholamine and its effect is stronger than that of piacetam.Omeprazole,a proton pump inhibitor used widely for the treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcers,which is a specific inhibitor of cytochrome P450 isoenzymes CYP2C19.The aim of this study was to determine the effects of omeprazole on the pharmacokinetics of oxiracetam in healthy volunteers in order to find whether oxiracetam is metabolized by CYP2C19.After oxiracetam was used alone or co-administration with omeprazole,there were no significant difference in pharmacokinetic parameters of AUC（o-t），MRT（o-t）MRT，tmax,Cmax,t1/2，CL.and V(P>0.05)，There is no influence on the pharmacokinetics of oxiracetam when combined with Omeprazole in healthy volunteers，which indicated that omeprazol had no effect on the metabolism of oxiracetam and oxiracetam is not metabolized by CYP2C1。
