The National library of Laos:Resources Sharing of libraries in Asia

摘要：

　　This paper provides an overview of the National Library of Laos.The National library has a collection of 395, 000 books.The network of libraries in Laos includes 50 Public Libraries and 1, 500Reading Rooms or School Libraries.The National Library also has 2 mobiles for providing Library services to the surrounding area.The Legal Deposit Law of 2000 now assures that the National Library receives 4 copies of each book newly published in Laos.The National Library will soon be alleviated when it moves into its newly designed National Library in 2015.
