Actin-bundling protein Fascin1 is required for early endosome trafficking of TGF-β type I receptors during endoderm induction

摘要：

Actin cytoskeleton plays an essential role in multiple stages of clathrin-mediated endocytosis including endocytic vesicle formations,pinching off the plasma membrane,trafficking and selective fusion with endosomal/lysosomal compartments.Clathrin-mediated endocytosis is important in regulating signal transduction and mediating the formation of specialized signalling complexes.
