Discrimination Method for Inrush Current of Transformer Based on Wavelet Analysis

　　Through the Matlab simulation,analysis of the influence of remanence and initial phase angle of load switching to excitation inrush current; a new method of discriminating the inrush current and fault current based on the Wavelet is presented.The method uses wavelet analysis to accurately capture the characteristics of signal mutations,through the appropriate wavelet decompose the waveform generated by the Matlab simulation,the Waveform characteristics of the third scale detail coefficients is obvious,using the right amount of recognition to distinguish inrush current and short circuit current.
