Legal Services Activism to Enhance Justice and Remedy Injustice
Justice is the most important ideal for which every human being is craving for.The spirit of justice is in fact implanted in man by nature itself.Even though the Law schools are the designated institutions to impart the theory of justice to its pupils all over the world,they miserably fail to assimilate the ideal,philosophy and spirit of justice to their students.It is true that law schools are professional development centers.But at the same time,we should see the objectives of society in establishing these institutions.The most important concern of state and society is to ensure justice to all.How far we were able to achieve this goal so far,how much we will be able to achieve it in the near future,how quickly we can achieve it and what methods we have to adopt for its achievement in the perspective of a law school legal aid clinic are the main concerns of this paper.
