Ⅰ.The Background for the Establishment of Disability Law Clinic at Renmin University Law School Legal clinical education,originated in U.S.in the 1960s,emerged in China in 2000 with the support of the Ford Foundation.In September 2000,seven universities instituted legal clinics,and the Committee of Chinese Clinical Legal Education (CCCLE) was founded as a national organization for legal clinical educators in China to promote the growth and development of clinical legal education in China2.
