Research on Pricing of the Commodity Houses based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

  The pricing of the commodity houses is an important task for land agent.Making scientific and reasonable house pricing is significant to the real estate development.In pricing,some factors determine the price of the commodity houses such as region,architectural structure,internal facts of developers and other factors.Most of which are non-dlmension parameters and with large fuzziness,so we cannot use the accurate numeric to measure.This paper puts forward pricing used the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to solve this problem.Through comparing commodity house locating the same location whose price is known with the object waiting for appraisal and establishing a new model,then to gain house price.Taking pricing of some commercial residential building in Qingdao economic development zone asexample,use this method to analyze that the result coincides with the marker price and the process more reasonable,the results more accurate.
