Research on Life Cycle Cost in Ground Source Heat Pump System

摘要：

　　The Life Cycle Cost (LCC) management which covers the entire life cycle of architectures in construction Engineering provides us a conscious and comprehensive way to consider the project”s construction costs and operation maintenance costs.Firstly,the conception of LCC and the theory system is introduced in this thesis.And secondly,on the basis of the LCC theory of ground source heat pump air conditioning system and the traditional method of heating and cooling design,it points out that there exist economic superiorities by comparing and analyzing the project cost of each in using the ground source heat pump contrivance.Finally,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to related corporations.This paper”s aim is to promote the application of LCC conception and the method of LCC analysis,which will help the overall investment returns of the project,to the construction companies,design companies and supervision companies and construction companies in the selection of environmental construction materials,energy-saving equipment,and even the development and utilization of new technology and hi-tech process.
