Based on OWA and CWAA Operator Method for Multiple Attribute Decision Making on Urban Complex Property
The Urban Complex which is the inevitable product of the urban developed to a certain stage is in the ascendant in our country.Different property composition of the Urban Complex will bring different values;once the decision-making errors will give the developer a great deal of loss because we often use expert scoring method.In order to reduce the influence of subjective factors in expert scoring method,to ensure project developed smoothly and economic benefits of the project,The multi-attribute group decision making based on the ordered weighted averaging (OWA) and combined weighted arithmetic averaging (CW”AA)operatorscaneffectivelygetoversomesubjectivefactorsandenhaneethe function of intermediate value.This paper through case study shows that the method is feasible and effective.
