The Numerical Simulation and Parameter Optimization of GIS Shell Tee Hole Forming Process
The tee hole of GIS shell thickness have an important impact on the security of the strength and use in its stamping process.By using the methods of numerical simulation and experiment, the influence factor in the forming process of the tee hole of GIS shell was studied and the bigger influencing factors in practical production was elected.According to the parameters of orthogonal experiment scheme, the tee flanging was numerically simulated and calculated.It was provided technical guidance for the mould parameters design of tee hole of forming process.
