Cultivation of E-commerce Marketing Staff”s Good Psychological Quality

　　Individual psychological quality is gradually formed on the basis of the innate quality and is affected by the acquired environment and education.If E-commerce marketing staffwould like be qualified for the position and make some performance, they should have four aspects of psychological qualities that include the strong success motivation, good character traits, ability to self-control emotion and broad mind.These psychological qualities are affected by the social environment, the working environment, the family environment and their own factors.The author puts forward four measures of enhancing adaptation,self-knowledge, throwing oneself into social practice actively and adjusting own emotion to cultivate E-commerce marketing staff”s good psychological quality.
