Design and Implementation of a Internet Public Opinion Monitoring System of Email

摘要：

　　With the rapid expansion of the Internet, the problem of negative public opinion becomes more and more serious, sometime it does harm to our society.Email has been the main way of public communication now.This paper presents the design and development of a monitoring system for detecting negative public opinion in emails to protect public security.Experiments are done and result shows that it works well.
