Based on VAR Model to Analyze the Employment Effect of the Development of the Industry in Guiyang
Select the industry production value and employment indicators for research, and the corresponding data between 1990 and 2000 get trom Guiyang, the provincial capital of Guizhou province ,in china.After ADF Unit Test and Johansen-Juselius”s co-integration test, further build a VAR model, and to do an analysis about impulse response and variance decomposition.Followed by the quantitative analysis concluded that if gives a positive impact on the output value of tertiary industry, the employment will bring the same trend and a long term promoting effect.Compared to the third industry, the impact of the primary industry will bring a negative effect, simultaneously, the second industry will cause a positive effect, but the long-term effect on employment effect is weak.From the meso level, also to do a brief analysis of industrial agglomeration and employment relying on build the industry fixed effects panel data model with variable coefficients.After a comprehensive analysis, put forward a point of view, that in the context of industry upgrading, adopts the form of industry agglomeration, and pay attention to the tertiary industry has the advantage of industry development, In order to form a new point of growth of obtain employment.
