Case Study and Discussion on Legal Problem of the Aged Remarriage

　　China enters into aging society.Longing for mental and psychological satisfaction, 80 percent of the widowed eldly would like be remarriage.Except of moral and emotion, it involves some legal problems.This paper evolves these legal problems through case study, and then explains legal opinions considering current law in China.
