The Right to Privacy on Network and Its Legal Protection in China

摘要：

　　This paper expounds the practical significance and importance of personal information protection.Information security is challenged by prosperous science and technology, and human dignity needs to be paid more attention.This paper describes current legal framework of personal information protection in China and points out the serious shortage of legislation, quality and its content.At last, use for reference the legal trends at home and abroad, it points out advice for implementing legal system of personal information protection in China.It calls for government, enterprises of website, internet service provider and internet content provider,and citizen to work together to establish network moral standard and build harmonious network society.
