Electric Vehicle Battery-Swapping System Based on PLC cluster Controllers
Electric Vehicle which could save energy and protect environment,will be the main trend of automotive industry in the future.Nowadays,battery-swapping is the main method of electric vehicle energy supply.In this paper,electric vehicle battery-swapping system which includes battery-swapping platform,battery charging pack and battery-swapping robot,is mainly introduced considering mechanical structure and control section.The battery swapping system focus on the design thoughts and principles of PLC cluster control,teaching control and machinery coordinate servo technique.Experiments show that the positioning precision during the swapping process is high,the relative battery-swapping area is small,the position is accuracy,and the swapping speed is moderate.
