Metal Complexes Based on Imidazo”4,5-f”-1,10- phenanthroline Ligands: Synthesis, Characterization and thermal analysis
Two novel complexes Zn3(C3H7ON)(C13H7N4)(C10H11O5)5 (Ⅰ) and Na2(C13H8N3O5)2(H2O)6 (Ⅱ) had been synthesized and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction,FT-IR,UV and TG-DSC analyses.The Zn(Ⅱ) complex (Ⅰ) crystallized in the monoclinic crystal system with space group P21/n and three zinc atoms were in the crystal structure form the three kinds of distorted coordination polyhedra.Three zinc atoms were in the crystal structure form the three kinds of distorted coordination polyhedra.Complex (Ⅱ) had two crystallographically independent sodium centers and local coordination geometry of the two sodium centers were ”NaO6” distorted octahedrons.The aromantic π-π stacking plays an important role in the formation of 3D network.For complex (Ⅰ),the unit cell were a = 13.2487(7) (A),b = 20.4614(9) (A),c = 26.6246(15) (A),β = 90.508(5)°; For (Ⅱ),these values were a = 7.2202(9),b = 13.0624(15),c = 17.0605(19) ?,α = 77.137(2) °,β = 80.922(2) °,γ = 83.354(2) °,respectively.
