With the deepening of the third technological revolution, the productivity of the great liberation, the high-speed development of the world economy, worldwide product competition increase.That contributes to the world market from a seller～ to a buyer～ market, and the focus of market competition gradually shifts from price competition to quality competition.Quality problems gets the attention and concern of all sectors of society consumption more and more, and becomes one of the most important considerations for consumer choice of goods.
