Study on the Models of Mobile-learning Based on Smart Phone

  When we use smart phone to implement learning activities,we can consider it as M-Learning.According to the smart phone”s roles and functions,M-Learning based on smart phone can be classified as real-time M-Learning and asynchronous M-Learning.The real-time M-Learning based on smart phone mainly applies to the school”s compulsory and optional curricula.It allows teachers and learners to implement instructional activities under unified purpose and content at the same time.Its learning effectiveness and quality can be effectively controlled.While,the asynchronous M-Learning based on smart phone mainly applies to social and lifelong learning with no limitation of time and space.But the learner”s motivation and learning effectiveness is difficult to control.Overall,for no matter what type of M-Learning,the stability of service platform,quality of service resource and clarity of objective and task are the key factors.
