Hot Deformation Behavior and Constitutive Analysis of SKLB3 Alloy
High temperature compression experiments of SKLB3 alloy were carried out in the temperature range of 600℃-850℃ and the strain rate range of 0.01s-1-10s-1 on a Gleeble-1500 machine.The experimental results show that the flow stress of SKLB3 alloy is decreased with the increase of deformation temperature,while it is increased with the increase of strain rate.Constitutive equation for hot working established based on the experiment stress-strain data are employed to describe the relationship among the strain,flow stress and temperature.The peak stress equation of SKLB3 alloy during high temperature deformation is calculated by Zener-Hollomon parameter,the activation energy Q for alloy is determined as 396.894 kJ/mol.
