Analysis on Hydraulic Driven Mechanism of Coiled Tubing Drilling Tractor in Microhole

  The application on microhole coiled tubing (CT) sliding drilling technology is influenced by the high frictional resistance when CT is sliding instead of rotating in microhole.Electrical control hydraulic driven tractor is the key instrument to overcome the high high frictional resistance and to provide weight on bit when CT is drilling in microhole.The key technique of electrical control hydraulic driven tractor is the hydraulic driven technology.In this study,the main componets of electrical control hydraulic driven tractor in CT microhole drilling are illustrated.The main compoents of hydraulic driven system,the electrical control system and the movement diagram are presented.The mechanisms of the hydraulic driven on tractor for CT drilling in microhole are analyzed in details.Its six movement processes are analyzed when the electrical control hydraulic driven tractor trip in and out microhole,and its corresponding diagram of movement mechanism are presented.The results lay a theoretical foundation for problems associated with hydraulic driven of this tractor,and provide insight in CT microhole drilling technology and theoretical studies on control system of tractor.Therefore,it enhances the development of research and application of the tractor in CT microhole drilling.
