Mechanical Vibration Reduction Friction Method and its Application in Sliding Drilling

  Friction problem is the most outstanding problem recently in the well drilling operation of all kinds of complicated structure,especially serious pressure and viscous drag in the sliding drilling performance.There are big friction and torque to make the drill string bucking,not be passed to drill bit by wob and be stopped by the extension of borehole automatically,which are that the drilling operation is very difficult to continue or even dangerous accident.This paper mainly introduces the cause and damage of the friction in the underground,describing the mechanical vibration reduction of friction reducing resistance method principle and in the field of advantage,and selecting the week to hydraulic vibrator for drag reduction tool for field experiments.Through the comparison in two wells on-site data mining,we analyze the mechanical vibration method in underground reduction to mount in the feasibility and the technology for petroleum industry to enhance the efficiency.
