The Different Effect between 125I Seed Continuous Low Dose Rate Irradiation and Single External Beam Irradiation on Lung Cancer Cell Lines
Objective To investigate the different effect and mechanism of different irradiation on A549 and H520 cell lines.Methods1.Cell culture The human lung adenocarcinoma A549 call lines and human lung squamous carcinoma H520 cell lines were maintained in RPMI-1640 supplemented with 10% heat-inactivated fetal bovine serum,100U/ml penicillin, 100U/ml streptomycin, and 4 mM glutamine at 37 ℃ and humidified atmosphere of 5% CO2.2.Irradiation Single external beam irradiation(EBRT)-6MV-X linear accelerator, dose rate: 400cGy/min, SSD =100cm, surface of exposure was covered by 1.5cm weighting material, sigal dose: 0, 2, 4 and8Gy.125I seed continuous low dose rate irradiation(CLDR)-125I seed of 2.5mCi, initial dose rate:2.77cGy/h, dose: 0, 2, 4 and 8Gy.
