Changes of H3K9 acetylation and histone deacetylases in zebrafish embryo early development
Histone 3 lysine 9 acetylation(H3K9ac)is involved in embryo development.However,the change patterns of H3K9ac in zebrafish embryo early development have not been revealed.Although some single HDAC has been studied,the dynamic change of HDAC profile in zebrafish embryo early development is still unclear.In the study,the zebrafish embryo at the developmental stages of 1,2 and 3 hour post-fertilization(hpf)were collected.Then H3K9ac content and the expression profile of HDAC1,HDAC3,HDAC4 and HDAC6 were evaluated.The results found that the expression profile of HDAC1,HDAC3,HDAC4 and HDAC6 changed along with zebrafish embryo early development,although H3K9ac content showed no obvious differences.In conclusion,change patterns of H3K9ac and HDACs in zebrafish embryo early development were revealed.
