Simulation of Dynamic Heat Transfer inside Cryogenic Butterfly Valve under Cryogenic Test
Based on reasonable modeling and simplification of the cryogenic butterfly valve, combined with the physical parameter of the material under low temperature, we can dynamically simulate the cooling process of the valve in constant low temperature required by the experiment with the application of ANSYS software.The temperature in the center of valve plate of the testing cryogenic butterfly valve should reach the required temperature.It provides a referenced cooling time in new testing environment.In the way of curve fitting, we can work out a polynomial of which cooling time changes with the convection heat transfer coefficient.
